The idea is good and seems to reflect a need expressed by surgeons in Nepal. I am happy to contribute in the limits of my means. I have no knowledge so far about life and surgery in Nepal but that handicap I might share with many. Some knowledge about surgery in poor countries (Africa, Solomon Islands) I am happy to share.
